Cancellation, Returns and Refund.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We start processing orders immediately so please contact us early.

If your cancellation request is received later than 24 hours and we have already printed your order but not despatched, cancellation may be accepted subject to a fee to cover the plates, print and print removal.

Once an order has been printed and despatch cancellation can not be accepted.

When cancelling please call us first on 0800 988 7353 and then confirm by email to sales@printedgolfballs.co.uk

Returns:
Due to the personalised nature of the product it the goods have been correctly supplied returns can not be accepted.

If however we have made an error or printed incorrectly we will offer to refund or replace the product. A full refund will be given once the goods are returned. We will usually arrange collection, however, if you incur any postage fees these will also be refunded. Returns must be authorised by us before a refund is given.

If the goods are required to be replaced we will endeavour to do this within 4 working days.

Refunds:
Where a refund is agreed the refund will be made within 2 working days.
